arrange your accommodation for you but we will offer help
and advice as and when we can. All Prices are subject to

The closest Metro stations are "Nuevos Ministerios" and "Santiago Bernabeu".
For your own safety and ease of
travel, we strongly recommend that you find accommodation
within the M30 motorway/beltway that surrounds Madrid.
Most districts that fall inside the M30 are fine. Some
districts that are outside the M30, especially to the east
and south east are not recommended.

Individual package
You get one furnished individual room with your own lock & key
reserved for you from one of the local agencies. Rooms come with bed,
dresser, desk & chair. Some have DSL internet connection (but
due to the wide variety of platforms & operating systems it will be
your own responsibility to get your computer configured to the net,
plus you will also need a network and / or wireless card if you do not
have one). Flats come with bathrooms, kitchens and refrigerators.
Some with microwaves, washing machines, common lounges & TVs.
Double
package
You get one furnished double room with your own lock & keys reserved
for you from one of the local agencies. Rooms come with 2 single beds
or one double bed, dresser, desk & chair. Some have DSL
