Download the Application Pack, double click on it to extract the three TEFL course application documents.

The TEFL course application pack contains 3 important documents in the following formats:

• Adobe™ PDF
• Microsoft™ Word 97

After EBC has processed your application form, EBC will add your name to our list of course applicants. This means that you will receive emails regarding your application status.

TEFL course application documents

Application form (file name starts with "Application");

Select your preferred Application form format. Fill it out and do one of the following:

• return it to EBC by surface mail
  
  EBC Servicios Linguisticos,
  Calle Orense 16, 2E, 28020 Madrid, Spain
  
  
• fax it to (+34) 91 770 2112 - or -

Service Agreement (file name starts with "Serv-Agreement")

Select your preferred Service Agreement format. Print the last page, fill it out, sign it and do one of the following:

• return it to EBC by surface mail
  
  EBC Servicios Linguisticos,
  Calle Orense 16, 2E, 28020 Madrid, Spain
  
  
• fax it to (+34) 91 770 2112 - or -

Credit card payment form (file name starts with "CC-form")

Select your preferred credit card payment form format. Print it, then fill it out, sign it and:

• fax it to (+34) 91 770 2112

DO NOT SURFACE MAIL OR EMAIL THE CREDIT CARD FORM!

EBC WILL NOT give any of your information to anyone else or any other organisation. EBC guarantees that the information you provide will be kept confidential. EBC will ONLY use the information for private correspondence between you and EBC. EBC will send you informative emails periodically that are relevant to your future career as a teacher and your EBC TEFL course.
