The TEFL course application pack contains 3 important documents in the following formats:

  • Adobe™ PDF,
  • Microsoft™ Word 97,
  • Open Office™,
  • Rich Text,
  • Plain Text.

Documents

Application form
(file name starts with "Application");

Select your preferred Application form format. Fill it out and do one of the following:

  • return it to EBC by surface mail;

    EBC Servicios Linguisticos,
    Calle Orense 16, 2E, 28020 Madrid, Spain.

  • fax it to (+34) 913 450 843;

Service Agreement
(file name starts with "Serv-Agreement");

Select your preferred Service Agreement format. Print the last page, Fill it out, sign it and do one of the following:

  • return it to EBC by surface mail;

    EBC Servicios Linguisticos,
    Calle Orense 16, 2E, 28020 Madrid, Spain.

  • fax it to (+34) 913 450 843;

Credit card payment form
(file name starts with "CC-form").

Select your preferred credit card payment form format. Print it, then fill it out, sign it and:

  • fax it to (+34) 913 450 843.

DO NOT SURFACE MAIL OR EMAIL THE CREDIT CARD FORM!

All EBC International TEFL Certificate documents are verified virus free by McAfee™ Virus Scan
